„Wir arbeiten seit über zwei Jahren mit Scheuer zusammen, und ihre Brauereimaschinen haben unseren Produktionsprozess völlig verändert. Die Präzision und Zuverlässigkeit ihrer Geräte gewährleisten, dass jede Charge unseren höchsten Qualitätsansprüchen genügt.“

As a brewer, you know this: Good beer not only needs the best ingredients, but also flawless processing. Every batch should be consistent in taste, hygienic, and entirely free of residue. To achieve this, every machine in the process must work reliably — without breakdowns and without compromising hygiene. However, many suppliers sell standard machines that do not provide these exact things.
A machine that requires regular maintenance or comes to a halt interrupts production and costs money.
That’s why we have been manufacturing our machines ourselves in our own factory since 1974. Each machine is intensively tested before delivery to ensure that it runs perfectly under practical conditions.
If a machine requires a labor-intensive setup or constant readjustment, this costs time and stops operations.
Our machines arrive ready to use — connect, start, and get up and running. All settings are easy to understand and simple to adjust.
Many machine manufacturers only offer essential cleaning steps, such as counterflow cleaning, as an expensive additional option.
Our cleaning concepts are fully integrated right from the start. Each machine runs through all the important cleaning phases in the correct sequence — so that kegs, barrels, or bottles are completely free of residue and bacteria.
Every brewery has different space requirements and connections. Standard solutions rarely fit in properly without modifications.
We design each machine ourselves and adapt it exactly to the conditions of your business — for example, with a steam generator or booster pump
If you clean KEGs today, you may also want to process barrels or bottles in a year’s time — without having to buy a new machine.
Our machines can be expanded at any time. We can retrofit existing systems without you having to invest in a completely new machine.

By the way: We also have machinery and cleaning concepts that are suitable for the plastics and chemical industries.
We’ll talk to you about the machine you need, the conditions that exist on site, and the connections that can be used. We will then draw up an offer.

We manufacture KEG cleaning and filling machines with a capacity of 10 to 60 KEGs per hour. Our machines are designed for hygienic internal cleaning with a counterflow process and steam sterilization.
Our KEG cleaning machines undergo a multi-stage cleaning process: water pre-rinsing, detergent cycle, intermediate and final rinsing with hot water, steam sterilization, and finally KEG pre-pressurization. This guarantees complete removal of residue and bacteria and the KEG can be filled.
Yes, our KEG cleaning machines can be adapted at any time. If you require additional functions at a later date, we can expand your existing machine with a filling station or adapt it to changing production conditions.
A KEG cleaning machine is specially designed for cleaning and/or filling KEGs. A combination machine, on the other hand, enables the cleaning of kegs, bottles, and barrels in a single system. It is ideal for breweries that want to process different container types with just one machine.
Our bottle washers are designed for 240 to 550 bottles per hour. They work with an automated cleaning cycle that ensures complete removal of impurities.
Yes, our machines cover a wide range of capacities — from small craft breweries to large production plants. Capacities range from 10 to 60 kegs per hour or up to 900 bottles per hour.
